Crossfit kicked my butt tonight
We warmed up with three rounds of 18 ball slams (lifting up a 15lb medicine ball over your head and slamming it down, squatting down to pick it up).
Then we did as many rounds of 8 burpees and 20 situps as we could in 16 minutes.
Considering my abs were already sore from yesterday, it was torturous.
I got six rounds in.
120 situps.
I have never been more aware of my midsection.
