Dear other desk-bound workers,
How do you keep yourself from slouching or otherwise inflicting major damage to your body from 8+ hours of chairdom.
I swear I get a desk-induced headache every day and I know it’s from my horrible sitting at the computer body positions.
I’m not sure how to re-train my shoulders to stop hanging out with my ears and stay down where they belong.
Ideas on how to keep my neck from automatically achieving that chin to chest position would also be welcomed.
I am this close to smuggling in a stability ball.
